What to do when projections don't meet the goal
Ever make your strategic plan and then the numbers just don't add up to the goal?
What do you do?
There are so many options to get to your goals.
I find that oftentimes CEOs and leaders end up working themselves to the bone, doing soo much:
Apply for grants that tie their hands behind their back and help the funder more than their organization 🙄
Plan big events that take months of work, hoping it will inspire big gifts, but ultimately don't add up to the goal
Get referrals upon referrals upon referrals, with so much follow and SO MANY people to manage, it's exhausting and time-consuming!
When there is a better, more efficient way to reach your goal.
Simply put: Ask a few current donors for more. A lot more.
This is where I start with every 1:1 client. That's the big secret.
How do you 2x or 3x your individual giving revenue? THAT is where you start.
